Christophe Garnier is the French photographer who created the amazing photographs for our last record, We Are Revealed. It was a joy to visit with him when we toured there.

You can see Christophe's work here. He's incredibly talented.

But he's also a ukelele player! He sent us this video yesterday. It's a cover of "Untitled," which was also from that record. The video was shot near Christophe's home in Yffiniac, which is near the coast in Brittany.

We love this!

The other day, one of our most enduring friends, Geoff Itz, sent me a video via Twitter. He had covered a song from our last album.

I showed it to a few of my band mates and, universally, the first question was: how did he figure out the words? I wanted to feign insult at the idea Geoff cribbing my Tool-like melody but I was too shocked. "Uh. Remember, the CD came with a book? A literal book...with all of the words...and a story?"

Needless to say, Geoff killed it on this one.

Here's Geoff's "El Cid" (and the original in video form, in case you missed it).

The disc sits on the front of the We Are Revealed book but it pops off. The photo by Christophe wraps around CD and it blends in. It adds a three-dimensional aspect. We wanted it to...bad joke coming...stand out. The braggadocio on the sticker is a bit over the top but I can live with it.

I'll post more photos soon. Thanks to everyone for spreading the word about the CD! You're spectacular and invincible in battle...trust me.
